The Guangdong Advanced Energy Science and Technology Provincial Laboratory (Dongjiang Laboratory) is a key research institution funded by the Guangdong provincial government, focusing on cutting-edge research in energy, nuclear technology, and clean energy. As the laboratory’s research equipment advances, vibration problems have gradually become a significant issue. Vibration not only affects the stability of equipment operation but also interferes with the precision of experimental data.
Challenge & Needs
Dongjiang Laboratory’s research equipment is highly sensitive to vibration, particularly during high-precision experiments. The laboratory requires an effective vibration control solution to isolate vibrations and ensure the accuracy of experimental results. The solution should also enhance the lifespan of the equipment and reduce maintenance needs.
Our Solution
We supplied Dongjiang Laboratory with high-quality spring vibration isolators, constructed from automotive spring steel, which is highly durable and capable of withstanding strong vibrations. The isolators were custom-designed to meet the specific needs of their research equipment, ensuring they could absorb and isolate vibrations effectively. This solution not only improved the stability of the equipment but also enhanced experimental accuracy.
Project Results
